If you'd like to explore working together, please complete our Initial Intake Questionnaire. This gives us a little information about you, your pregnancy, and what you're looking for in care so we can better understand your needs and connect with you about next steps.

If our care seems like it may be a good fit, we'll invite you to schedule an Alignment Call where we can learn more about each other and talk about what working together could look like.
