S & J Midwifery Care was born from a shared belief that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum deserve time, trust, and attention.

We are a home-based midwifery practice serving families throughout New York City and Lower Westchester. We provide comprehensive care throughout pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum period, meeting families where they are and building relationships along the way.

Together, we bring different experiences, perspectives, and strengths to our work as midwives. We share a commitment to honoring the wisdom of the body, supporting informed choice, and offering skilled, evidence-informed care while keeping the individual and family at the center of it.

We believe good midwifery care is both deeply personal and clinically skilled. It asks us to listen closely, remain curious, stay grounded in evidence, and make room for each family's unique values, needs, and vision for their care.
